• General Rule

  • Each round starts with a 5-min countdown and a $5 initial Piggy Bank prize pool.
  • Every ticket purchase extends the countdown by 10 sec.
  • The round ends when the countdown goes to zero.
  • The last 50% of the tickets in the queue share the Piggy Bank based on a bonding curve.

• Ticket rule

  • Tickets cost $1 in USDC.
  • Max Tickets: Each account can purchase up to 10 tickets per round, ensuring fairness.

• Pot distribution rule

  When the timer reaches zero:

  • Winning group (last 50% of the tickets in the queue): shares 95% of the pot based on quadratic bonding curve
  

  • What's a quadratic bonding curve?

    • Rn​ = the reward for ticket number n (from the last 50% group)
    • n = their position in the last 50% (starts at 1 and goes to 500, if the round has 1000 tickets total)
    • k = a scaling factor to make sure the total rewards add up to the reward pool

  • Community Growth (5%): 5% is allocated to the Community Hive for:

    • Growing the prize pool in future rounds.
    • Supporting community events or incentives.
